MID-CENTURY BUNGALOW IN OXFORDSHIRE
In an area where stone houses to make English Heritage drool dominate the landscape, it was a refreshing change to tackle a modern brick bungalow.
We took this 1970s bungalow back to its roots and infused it with modern mid-century design. The original bamboo flooring cleaned up beautifully and is a lovely backdrop in its new setting.
The contemporary kitchen has plenty of storage and working space– a must since the owner is a talented cook – and shows how a mix of styles can be used to accommodate modern living.
